There will never be enough words to express how you went above and beyond to make our fairytale wedding come true at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya.  It seems like yesterday when it all began with our engagement in Maui (which you gave us all the scoop and your favorite list of “go to” places).  I knew once that ring was on my finger we would have a destination wedding and YOU would be there to help us plan every step of the way.  I will forever be thankful for our trip of site visits in Mexico. The minute I walked out and saw the Hard Rock beach wedding area fireworks went off in my head. I knew it was going to be a wedding that we would never forget!

You are fabulous at your job; responsive to every email, phone call and question we ever proposed.  And if you didn’t know the answer you found out quickly.  All of our guests loved having you as the “go to girl”.  You are so easy to work with, the enthusiasm you express and the smile you carry shows how much you LOVE your job!  We can honestly say our wedding was perfect and all of our guests had a fabulous time.  Thank you again for being our destination wedding coordinator but mostly thank you for being our friend.

Stephanie,  I give you a lot of credit for making our big day so special. The travel wallets were great and so helpful for us and our guests. The "Ready-Set-I Do" packet that you made helped me decide what and how to pack. Our guests loved being able to look up all of the information about our wedding on the website you created and it helped us out because we could refer them to the website when they asked questions about the resort or pricing. I also appreciate that you were willing and ready to answer any questions or situations that came up with our guests (even the crazy ones!) Stephanie Medina is absolutely WONDERFUL!  I really do not know what we would have done without her. She organized everything from booking multiple resorts for us to scout out to making sure all my family and friends had their travel plans in order and were ready to go. A Destination Wedding had always been my "dream" & Stephanie helped make it come true!  We had 40+ guests and Stephanie and Playacar Palace catered to all our needs and wants! Playacar Palace was truly amazing and made the day fabulous. To have your own personal wedding coordinator at the hotel is an absolute plus. The hotel is absolutely stunning with gorgeous restaurants and the staff is top notch.  The food is to die for and our view of the ocean was breathtaking.  We couldn't have had a more beautiful wedding. The beach is amazing with the whitest sand ever and we were right near the ferry to Cozumel so an awesome day trip for sure! I love Playa del Carmen, Playacar Palace and Stephanie too! I can't wait to go back!!!
